Abigail is a Senior Consultant at Bridging Distance and an Organizational Leadership Psychologist, Psychotherapist, and OD Consultant in her own practice. She is the former Chief Program Officer of a Massachusetts based non-profit agency, which led to her passion for Organizational Psychology.

Abigail particularly enjoys working on leadership resilience, organizational cultures of inclusion, and employee listening. She holds a Doctoral Degree in Leadership Psychology from William James College, an MA in Counseling from Boston College, and a BSc in Psychology from Lancaster University, UK. Her doctoral research investigated the impact of leadership humility within organizations. She has completed ICF accredited coach trainings with Coaches Rising and Cultivating Leadership, and is Certified in the Hogan Assessment Suite.

Abigail lives in Southern Maine and, when not working, enjoys spending time outdoors, connecting with friends, and practicing yoga.
