Amber is a member of the faculty at William James College in the organizational and leadership psychology department. She also has a consulting company, 200 Main Street Consulting, where she works with organizations to help others balance their life at home and at work to be happier and healthier. She also has a passion for research and history. With a background in both ministry and anthropology she enjoys learning about people and what makes them who they are.

Amber has a Doctor of Leadership Psychology from William James College, a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School and a bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Ithaca College. She loves training and working with her Labrador Retrievers and Finnish Lapphunds as well as raising her ducks. In her free time, she does genealogy research and spends time with her family.
