Deb’s corporate professional experience, combined with her extensive cross-cultural training and her coaching certification, integrate key ingredients needed for global business and leadership. She trains and coaches professionals of all levels who work with people from countries different than their own, expediting communication and accelerating global team collaboration.

Throughout her career, Deb was a content developer at several large international companies. More recently she managed and coached offshore and U.S.-based teams at EMC Corp. (now Dell/EMC), enabling greater collaboration on projects and promoting cross-cultural competencies within organizations.

She also served as liaison between teams in India and the U.S. Her training and coaching clients include Wipro Technologies, Siemens, General Electric, UBS, and Takeda, as well as small business owners who work with people from various countries.
